Before purchasing
Review the price, access period, payment mandate and renewal details shown at checkout. Membership fees are separate from broker charges, trading losses and funds held in your Dhan account.
Cancel renewal
Use the cancellation control in Subscription, then refresh the billing status to confirm the provider has recorded your request. Cancellation of renewal and a refund of an earlier charge are separate requests. If the provider status is uncertain, contact Support before trying checkout again.
Request a billing review
For an incorrect, duplicate or disputed charge, email contact@deploytick.com or open a Support request with the payment/invoice reference, payment date and a description. Do not send card credentials or OTPs. Refund eligibility, amount and timing are confirmed after the charge and relevant terms are reviewed; this page does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed processing period.
Complimentary access and trading
Complimentary access does not create a paid refund balance. Trading losses, brokerage and exchange charges are not subscription refunds. Cancelling membership does not close broker positions or automatically cancel existing orders. Review your account and copying mandate separately.
