Information used by DeployTick
DeployTick processes your name, email, verified phone number, account and session identifiers, Dhan connection credentials, broker positions and orders, copying mandates, risk settings, subscription records and support requests to provide the workspace.
Service providers
Upstox supplies market data. Dhan executes broker orders. Firebase and Google reCAPTCHA support phone verification and abuse prevention. Razorpay processes subscription payments. Hosting providers process service requests. These providers also apply their own policies. DeployTick does not request your card PIN, broker password or OTP in support messages.
Security and records
Broker access tokens are encrypted by the application. Access controls restrict account data. Trading, consent, authentication and support records are used for operations, troubleshooting and audit. Record retention depends on service needs and applicable obligations; deleting workspace access does not necessarily delete required trading records.
Cookies and analytics
Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage supports phone-request cooldowns. Google Analytics records website usage; application analytics events exclude account and financial details. Browser privacy controls and Do Not Track settings may limit analytics.
Your requests
Contact contact@deploytick.com or use Support in your workspace to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Never include access tokens, passwords, OTPs or full card details.
